Eddie the Eagle at Collinsville School

                                                Eddie the Eagle at Collinsville School

 

Sheriff Jimmy Harris states as follows:

 

                 Sheriff Jimmy Harris report that there were over 350 kids at Collinsville School on the morning of October 8 that participated in the Eddie the Eagle program. Eddie the Eagle is a NRA sponsored program that teaches the kids if they see a gun to stop, don’t touch, leave the area and tell an adult. A special thanks to NRA for donating the coloring books and stickers, and to Cracker Barrel for donating the crayons.  We will be doing the Eddie the Eagle Program at Moonlake SchoolThursday morning October 10th. The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office hopes to go to every school in the county to put on this program this year.
