Update on Break-Ins

Sheriff Jimmy Harris states as follows:

                Sheriff Jimmy Harris reports the update on the burglaries in the Fyffe, Geraldine, and Hammons Cross Roads area that happened on November 19th. We have had a total of 17 cases in connection with these break-ins, but we are still getting reports from people. About 90% of the items reported stolen have been recovered. If you have any information please call us at the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office or Geraldine Police Department.

                Sheriff Harris says “Thanks to the Deputies on 3rd shift for getting this case to where it is today. I would also like to thank the citizens of the County for calling in any suspicious activity and to everyone that has helped bring this case to this point so quickly.”
