Grand Jury Indicts three on Child Abuse Charges

From the Office of DeKalb County Sheriff Nick Welden:

FORT PAYNE, Ala. - Three people have been indicted by the Grand Jury on Child Abuse charges. Jeron Wright Maxwell (47 of Sylvania), Rian Andrew Maxwell (21 of Sylvania) and Bethany Ann Whittle (36 of Fort Payne) were all charged with the abuse of a child under 18 years of age which is a Class C Felony under Alabama Code 26-15-3.
