Stolen Vehicle Found

Sheriff Jimmy Harris states as follows:

            On March 5th DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a stolen vehicle from a car lot in the Kilpatrick area. After an investigation was opened within a day Investigators followed up on leads that led them to the suspect’s residence in Albertville. Once investigators arrived at the residence they found out that the vehicle had been scrapped at a scrapyard in Albertville. As a result Marty Spence 54, Randy Spence 32, and Jonathan Spence 29 all of Albertville were arrested and charged with receiving stolen property 3rd, marijuana 2nd and Illegal possession of alcohol. Randy Spence was also charged with theft of property 1st.
