Man Arrested for Rape

Sheriff Jimmy Harris states as follows:

            On April 11th the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Investigators responded to a possible rape that was reported by Crossville School. During the investigation it was determined that Junior Pascual Pedro, 20 of Kilpatrick came in sexual contact with 2 female juveniles in the past 3 months. During the course of the investigation Pedro has been charged with 4 counts of rape 2nd and is being held in the DeKalb County Detention Center on an $80,000 bond.

            Sheriff Harris says “Thanks to the Investigators, Crossville School and DHR for doing a great job on this investigation. This is a sad situation but we are glad that we have a good working relationship with all of the Schools and with DHR, so we are able to solve these cases quickly.”
