DeKalb County Sheriff Nick Welden said of the incident: “I commend these deputies on their hard work on the interstate. I-59 is a pipeline for illegal narcotics traveling north through our county.”

“These stops are a great way we can make an impact not only for our county, but also in other parts of the country.”

“God Bless!” Concluded Sheriff Welden.
