The DeKalb County Alabama Probate Office and the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office are assisting with this case.

DeKalb County Sheriff Nick Welden said of the incident: "Situations like this are very hard to deal with and take the efforts of many to get the adequate help for every party involved.  We are very blessed nobody was injured and maybe we are all on the right track for what's needed."

"Big thanks to all agencies assisting, together we are one!"
