Harris states “our officers have been working hard in areas we are experiencing thefts. The homeowners in two of these cases actually caught people in the act of stealing. Almost 90% of the cases we deal with are drug related. I think we have run 3 or 4 search warrants this week and had results on all of them. We are continually getting information and working on it as quick as we can. We appreciate all of our citizens being more aware of what is happening in their neighborhood.”
